PowerIdeas Bangladesh is hiring Telemarketing Specialists (Sales Executives) to join our growing team supporting Solar Ease Pty Ltd., a leading solar energy provider in Australia for over 8 years.
🔹 Compensation: BDT 25,000–40,000 (based on experience & English skills)
🔹 Monthly Bonus: Up to BDT 10,000+ based on performance
🔹 Location: Mirpur DOHS | Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Days: 6/week

Full-Time Onsite (Day Shift)
Probation: 3 months
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads & set appointments
Explain products/services to Australian customers
Follow up with clients and achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
Excellent English (speaking & listening)
1+ year of telemarketing or solar sales experience preferred
Strong communication, time management & teamwork skills
Academic background: A-Levels/BBA/MBA (skills & performance matter more)
